The app delivers readable material, multimedia and review questions in medical and surgical education which are constantly updated from a server. While useful as a textbook, it offers content update in real time. The app also offers the most relevant information that will be tested by the surgical / medical Board exams and by real life! In an era of information explosion, keeping doctors up to date on a day to day basis can no longer be accomplished by traditional textbooks in a meaningful way. Latest version includes an improvised graphical interface, great tools for bookmarking, a state of the art podcast app, a user-friendly quiz app and an app for clinical case simulations. CME credits can also be tracked.

Having taken the General Surgery world by storm, the app is now being expanded to other specialties. To summarize, this is a "News" app for medical and surgical specialties but without the speculation and confusion. This "News" is based on current best evidence.

All subscriptions work as auto-renewable monthly subscriptions. First month remains free with no fee if cancelled in the first month for ALL subscriptions. Please refer to individual feeds in the app or in app purchases on App Store for details regarding price and content of feeds. These details will be displayed to you at the time of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that feed, where applicable.
